MAKING LIFE MORE FUN . . . at least on paper
When you think about it, life is really a series of events—some monumental, others not so much. I have always enjoyed turning an event into a celebration, and as a stationery designer, it's a thrill to see what makes people celebrate: a new baby, a new dog, a new home, or wedding. Whatever the occasion, the joy that comes from gathering friends together seems to be universal.
When I started this company, I believed that invitations and announcements should communicate more than just the date, time, and place. They should convey the emotion that turns a simple event into a celebration. Every occasion has a unique story, and we want to tell it—just so long as it fits inside an envelope. —Prentiss Douthit
