Agnes, Senior Graphic Designer
Agnes is a Seattle native and born crafter who’s always loved working with her hands. Passionate about paper since childhood, Agnes grew up making cards for every occasion. She never realized her hobby could turn into a job but soon her career in the stationery industry began designing wedding invitations. She’s always been a fan of Madison Park Greetings so she’s thrilled to now be a part of the team in such a creative and artistic environment. When she’s not at work Agnes enjoys jewelry making, sewing, shopping, dining out and, most especially, being a new mom.

April joined the Madison Park Group in 2015 and has previously worked in the construction, professional services and manufacturing industries for companies ranging from small family-owned businesses to international corporations. Most recently she has worked as a financial and human resource consultant specializing in small business training and development. Born and raised in Tennessee followed by college in the Texas hill country, she visited Seattle over 13 years ago and knew then eventually she would end up in the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, April enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter exploring their new home on Vashon Island.

Bernadette, Production Lead - Mudlark
Born in Laos, Bernadette move to the Seattle area in 1979. In 1994 she began working at Running Rhino & Co. and joined The Madison Park Group in the year 2000, when Running Rhino became a partner company. She has since become Production Lead for our newest partner, gift and stationery brand Mudlark. Bernadette enjoys visiting Thailand and Laos and relaxing in her downtime with good movies and shopping trips.

Charlie joined Emily McDowell studios in 2013 and has been heavily involved in sales, marketing and all things EMS since. She can often be found on the road working throughout the country with the EMS sales team and at national trade shows where she enjoys the close interaction with long-time accounts and the excitement of sharing the EMS product line with others for the first time.
Chuen was born in Hong Kong, making her way to the Seattle area in June of 1993. She began working at The Madison Park Group back in 1999. Chuen's favorite place to visit is Hong Kong and she loves traveling in general. When at home, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Faith, Customer Service Manager
Growing up with five sisters and five brothers on the east coast and traveling many miles over land and sea ,Faith had her sights set on moving to the PNW as early as 17 years old while touring the states after high school. Moving here in 2002 and recently joining Madison Park Group in March 2016 seem like a natural fit. Studies in Multi Media technology and illustration and design with a strong background of satisfying customer needs, her creative soul and determination allowed her to explore interesting adventures and opportunities with recent positions working as a National Account Manager for a gift, travel and home spa accessories manufacturer in Seattle. Her endless knowledge in the marine industry as a Market Team Manager covering the PNW for the nation’s largest marine supplies distributor and marrying into a family of skiers and boaters has made living in the PNW the paradise she had always intended. On those spare moments you might find Faith creating a hand painted floor cloth or designing another pair of earrings or necklace in her home studio where there is no such thing as a dull moment. That’s what you get from being one of many and the life experiences along the way.
Foster was born in the small town of Virginia, Minnesota. He moved to Seattle in December of 2003 and loves it here! After starting with The Madison Park group as a temp in 2010, he joined us full time in 2013. When not working, Foster enjoys hanging out with friends over coffee or drinks, playing volleyball and crafting. He loves sushi and some day he hopes to travel to Japan to try some good sushi restaurants. He and his husband Chris have a cute little pug named Hana.
Glen became President of The Madison Park Group in 2015, having previously served as Co-President (2000), VP Sales & Marketing (1997) and National Sales Manager (1993). In addition to working closely with The Madison Park Group’s sales, marketing, and creative teams, Glen oversees strategic distribution partnerships with other industry companies. Within the industry, Glen is a board member of the Greeting Card Association, chair of the 2017 GCA Convention, an advisory board member of NY NOW, and previously served as co-chair of the 2016 GCA Convention and as an advisory board member for Stationery Trends, the National Stationery Show, and Greetings Etc. Prior to joining The Madison Park Group, Glen worked in sports publishing in Seattle and spent two years living and working in Tokyo, Japan. Glen is a graduate of the University of Washington where he earned an MBA, post-baccalaureate BA in English Literature, and BA in Business Administration. When he's not working, Glen enjoys being outvoted at home by his wife and three daughters and cheering on all things Washington Huskies.
Isdore, Receiving Manager
Isdore was born in Yap, Micronesia, moving to Seattle in the fall of 1989. He began working at Madison Park in November 2000. When he is not working, he loves to spend family time with his wife, three step-children and five grandchildren (they keep him young!) or head out shopping. He also enjoys his two dogs, a beagle and black rat terrier/mini pinscher. When he can get away on a tropical vacation, Isdore’s favorite place to visit is beautiful Maui, Hawaii, where he spent his honeymoon.

Jana joined The Madison Park Group in 2004. She brought with her a strong understanding of great customer service and market knowledge from her eight years of working on the retail side of the stationery industry. Jana was promoted to National Sales Manager for iPop and Wooster & Prince in May of 2007. In 2008, she added the position of iPop Product Manager to her duties. In 2011, Jana became our E-Marketing Manager. Her passion for the printed piece also comes in the form of her own block printing - something she enjoys in her spare time along with traveling (Paris is a favorite) and the entertainment provided by her husband, daughter, three cats and very small flock of chickens.

Jennifer was born in Iowa and raised in California before deciding to make the move to Seattle. A woman of many talents, Jennifer is also an artist who likes to paint, take photos and write in her free time. When not creating art, you can find her hiking, exploring and traveling, which she feels is integral to her creative life. She also loves reading books and magazines (especially those on art, food and travel), hanging out with her sweet kitty, Lucy, and creating beautiful floral arrangements.

A Seattle native, Judi Jacobsen grew up involved in her family's business, Pacific Trail Sportswear. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Home Economics and taught school in public schools. Four children were born to Judi and her husband, Connie. In 1977, Judi began selling her paintings at local art fairs and eventually joined with another local artist, Lucy Rigg to form a greeting card company, Lucy and Me. In 1984 Judi, together with her daughter, Laurie, and later with her sons Brian and Mark, continued with a new company, Me Two (renamed The Madison Park Group). During her time at MPG Judi was the recipient of many business awards including Washington State's Small Business Person of the Year, Minority Small Business Advocate of the Year, and Nellie Cashman Women Entrepreneur of the Year. She was also involved with, and honored by, many civic organizations including The Salvation Army, Association for Theological Studies, and Seattle Pacific University.
Kasey, Senior Graphic Designer
Kasey was born and raised in sunny Los Altos, California. She attended Colorado College on a soccer scholarship, where she studied fine art and spent her weekends skiing the Rockies. After graduating from CC she studied graphic design at the Art Institute of Seattle. Kasey has several years of experience in book design, and has worked on a variety of books on cooking, crafts, sports, and music icons. Some of Kasey's interests include traveling, yard sale shopping, and spending time with her husband and wheaten terrier.
Kelby, Sales Coordinator | Mudlark, Operations Specialist | Key Accounts
Kelby spent most her life in the Boise, Idaho area, but lived for two years each in Seattle and San Francisco while her husband served in the military. She’s worked in retail since high school, and for the last eight years for various paper and craft stores. Shortly after giving birth to their first daughter in the summer of 2014, Kelby and family moved back to Seattle where she joined the Madison Park Group. Kelby and her husband enjoy exploring new places and following a road wherever it may lead, and plan to make Seattle their permanent home.
Kelsey, Art Production Manager
After earning a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington, Kelsey spent several years in the Washington wine industry, including time spent at prestigious wineries such as DeLille Cellars and Chateau St. Michelle. As the Direct Marketing Manager at St. Michelle, she knew she was passionate about wine and customer service, but not Direct Marketing. Deciding to pursue her interests in the arts, she obtained a Certificate in Graphic Production from the University of Washington and joined The Madison Park Group team in July of 2005. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys reading, spending time with friends, being a bit of a wine snob, and an aspiring "foodie."

Kristina was raised in Kansas but has family ties in the Pacific Northwest. After many years of thinking of moving to the area, she took a leap and began her fresh start in the summer of 2013. She joined The Madison Park Group in November 2013 as their Credit Manager. She graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Financial Planning. You will find her cheering on her alma mater during the fall and winter months! She enjoys all things nature and is looking forward to taking advantage of everything the area has to offer. Additionally she loves to travel and is quite excited to start using her passport, Canada here she comes!

Melissa, Sample Manager
Melissa joined The Madison Park Group in July 2005. Previous working experiences have included work at a wholesale jewelry company as the sole employee, being a manager of the proofreading department at a legal publishing company and painting murals and decorative finishes. Prior to that, Melissa earned her BFA in Painting from Rhode Island School of Design and pursued a career as an artist, showing her paintings in New York City. She moved to Seattle in 1992 to raise her daughter. When not at work, Melissa enjoys cooking, reading, yoga and going on walks and enjoying nature with her daughter.
Palma, Direct-Sales Manager / Linnea Design
Palma is a Seattle native and a UW grad with a BFA in graphic design. Besides Seattle, she has lived in Alaska, Italy, on the Washington Coast and Whidbey Island, and has lived with cats, dogs, gerbils, hamsters, alligators, snakes, lizards and horned toads. She was on the original (read 50's!) Mickey Mouse Club for a week. A travel junkie when possible, she has visited Guatemala, Mexico, Greece, Japan, Italy, France and England. She is a textile and garden enthusiast and all around delightful person. That's what her dog Lucca says anyway!

Shannon attributes any artistic tendencies to her mother, who used to draw faces on the fruit she put in her children's lunches. She's grateful to work from home, just down the street from The Madison Park Group. Shannon draws inspiration from Joseph Cornell, Anne LaMott, and her hero, Pippi Longstocking. She believes in community, storytelling, and making mistakes, which is where she has learned the most. Shannon is happiest on her front porch with family, friends and her most recent collection of dogs.

Scott, Warehouse Production Manager
Scott began at The Madison Park Group in 1993 and was promoted to Warehouse Manager in 1995. Scott was honored as Supervisor of the Year by the Hearing and Speech Deafness Center, and he is largely instrumental for the many deaf employees at The Madison Park Group. Scott graduated from the Florida School For The Deaf and earned his Associate of Arts Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and playing basketball and golf. Scott's favorite motto is, "Deaf people can do everything except hear."
Steven was born in California but found his way to rainy Seattle a long time ago. With The Madison Park Group since 2006, he enjoys chilling with his family in his free time and would love to visit Laos some day. In the meantime, he is a big fan of both music and sports, especially the Seattle Seahawks. Go Hawks!

Tammy was born in Florida and moved here to Seattle in 1993, and then started working at The Madison Park Group in 2005. She likes walking in sunny weather and spending time with just her husband, having a cheap and easy dinner and renting a movie while the kids go out with friends. Tammy’s favorite vacation is to visit her home state of Florida, enjoying the sunshine and hot weather and she loves to go to the beach and wear flipper shoes! Her favorite family vacation is to go and ride the thrillers at Universal Studios and Walt Disney World in Florida. Tammy and her husband Scott have two kids, along with two dogs and one cat.

Timothy launched Party Partners in 1999 to fill a niche for classic, time-tested party goods. Inspired by his collection of vintage holiday and party items, Timothy’s first line of Halloween party decorations was a hit and Party Partners was born. Today, Party Partners has expanded to include unique, retro-inspired Halloween, holiday and party products that are also kid-friendly, inexpensive and most of all—fun! Party Partners has since been featured in Country Living, Good Housekeeping, Cookie, Parents, Martha Stewart Kids and Weddings Magazines and on HGTV. Timothy continues to dream up and design new products from his office in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Tom, Executive Vice President of Sales
Tom joined The Madison Park Group in July 2014, as VP Sales. Tom’s focus is oversight of sales and marketing, with specific focus on key / national account business development. Prior to joining The Madison Park Group, Tom worked in consumer packaging goods manufacturing, as well as art publishing; having served as VP Sales and President / CEO of a Seattle based brand of travel and personal care accessories from 2005 to 2014. Tom studied Political Science at the University of Washington. When he’s not working, Tom relishes time with his wife and teenaged son. He’s found his niche in the kitchen, where he is able to stay out of trouble cooking and washing dishes for the crew, and keeping his dog and cat on speaking terms.
Yuk was born in Hong Kong but moved to the Seattle area in summer of 1993. In 2002, she began working at The Madison Park Group. When not working, Yuk enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, especially back to visit Hong Kong. Here at home, they also enjoy the companionship of the family dog.
Lucca, Office Dog
Lucca is a Golden Retriever. He was born on a ranch in Eastern Washington where they also raise Connemara ponies and a few goats. His mother was a friendly red-head from an island near Seattle and his dad is English, but came from Spain. It was an arranged marriage, but a successful one. Lucca has 9 siblings his exact age but some older half-sibs that live in the Ukraine, from a previous marriage. Dad obviously is a world traveler Lucca is happy to be a local dog and loves coming to work every day. He has two cats at home that ADORE him and won't let him sleep alone. He loves his hamster (but they don't sleep together). Lucca loves his life. We love Lucca.
